Smoked Pineapple Limeade with Worm Salt with Don Catrin worm salt rim and bottle

Smoked Pineapple Limeade with Worm Salt

In Oaxaca, smoke is a memory — of agave hearts, wood fires, and slow evenings. This limeade borrows that whisper, pairing smoked pineapple with bright citrus and a rim of Don Catrin worm salt.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz smoked pineapple juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup
  • 3 oz sparkling water
  • Worm salt rim
  • Pineapple wedge (garnish)

Method

  1. Rim a chilled glass with lime and worm salt.
  2. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave to the glass with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Ritual & Serving

Sip it cold and slow — the salt pulls out the smoke, the lime keeps it alive.
