- 1 lb shrimp, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice

- Worm salt, to finish
Method
- Toss shrimp with oil, lime, and garlic.
- Grill over high heat until just charred and cooked through.
- Finish with worm salt.
