Avocado Toast, Oaxacan Style

Simple can be sacred. Avocado, lime, and worm salt bring Oaxaca to a modern table.

This is a morning ritual — bright, green, and quietly smoky.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices rustic bread, toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Olive oil
  • Worm salt, to finish

Method

  1. Mash avocado with lime and a drizzle of oil.
  2. Spread on toast.
  3. Finish with worm salt.

Ritual & Serving
