Ojo Rojo is the ultimate savory refresher — tomato, clam, citrus, and spice.

Worm salt elevates the umami and ties the seafood notes to the lime.

It’s bold, restorative, and unapologetically delicious.

Yield: 1 cocktail   |   Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 oz light lager
  • 4 oz Clamato
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • Worm salt (for rim)
  • Ice

Method

  1. Rim a glass with worm salt.
  2. Combine Clamato, lime, and sauces in the glass.
  3. Add ice, top with beer, and stir gently.

To Serve

Optional garnish: celery stalk or pickled shrimp.

Notes & Variations

  • Add a pinch of black pepper for extra bite.
