Cucumber-Lime Mezcal Cooler with Worm Salt
From Oaxaca to your glass — a Don Catrin recipe.
Story
Cucumber brings clarity. Lime brings lift. Mezcal brings depth. Together, they make a drink that feels clean and ceremonial.
Worm salt adds a savory line that keeps the freshness from fading.
This is a cooler for afternoons that drift into evening.

- 2 oz mezcal
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
