A summer Don Catrin cocktail built around fruit, citrus, cold glass, and the savory ritual of worm salt.
Story
Blueberries bring soft sweetness and a deep color that feels made for summer. Sage gives the drink a subtle herbal note, making it feel more adult and less like fruit juice.
Mezcal sits naturally with both flavors. Its smoke gives the blueberry depth, while worm salt on the rim brings the whole cocktail into balance.
This fizz is aromatic, chilled, and slightly mysterious, a good choice when you want something refreshing but not obvious.
