Charred Vegetables with Worm Salt

When vegetables meet flame, they carry the story of the fire.

Worm salt is the final note — grounding, smoky, and clean.

Ingredients

  • Assorted seasonal vegetables
  • Olive oil
  • Lime juice
  • Worm salt, to finish

Method

  1. Toss vegetables with oil and grill or roast until charred.
  2. Squeeze lime over the top.
  3. Finish with worm salt.

Ritual & Serving
