Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the basis appropriate to the purpose, which may include performing a contract, complying with law, protecting legitimate interests, or obtaining consent.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to preserve cart contents, maintain sessions, operate checkout, remember choices, measure traffic, and understand Site use.

Technologies currently observed on the Site include:

You can control many cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies needed to operate the Site may prevent the cart, checkout, account, or other features from working correctly.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to:

  • website hosting, ecommerce, security, and content-delivery providers;
  • payment processors made available at checkout;

  • analytics and Site-performance providers;
  • email and newsletter providers;
  • customer-support providers;
  • accounting, tax, legal, insurance, and other professional advisers;
  • government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security; and
  • a buyer, successor, or other relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

Services currently integrated with or loaded by the Site include Google, Stripe, PayPal, Mailchimp, ShortPixel, and Gravatar. We also use Ecomdash and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment to support order fulfillment. Their independent processing is also governed by their notices:

7. Payments

Payment methods offered at checkout are provided by third parties. The Site currently displays integrations associated with Stripe and PayPal. When you choose a payment method, the provider processes payment credentials under its own privacy terms. We receive transaction information needed to confirm, fulfill, refund, or investigate an order.

8. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to marketing emails, we use your name, email address, subscription status, and preferences to send news, offers, or product information. You can unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email or by contacting us at hola@doncatrin.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional messages about an order, account, security issue, or customer-service request.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, tax and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of the information, subject to legal and technical limitations.

10. Information Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe your information or account may have been compromised, contact us promptly at hola@doncatrin.com.

  • request access to or confirmation of personal information;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • obtain a portable copy;
  • opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • appeal a decision concerning a privacy request; and
  • receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email hola@doncatrin.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.

These rights are not absolute. We may retain or use information where allowed or required by law, including to complete transactions, maintain required records, prevent fraud, or exercise legal rights.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact hola@doncatrin.com.

13. International Data Transfers

If personal information is transferred outside the country where it was collected, we will use safeguards required by applicable law.

The Site may link to services such as Instagram, Amazon, PayPal, or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Policy with a new “Last updated” date and provide any additional notice required by law. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
