Grilled Shrimp with Worm Salt

Sea, smoke, and citrus — a simple plate that feels coastal and timeless.

Worm salt bridges the ocean to the fire, finishing each shrimp with depth and savor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Worm salt, to finish

Method

  1. Toss shrimp with oil, lime, and garlic.
  2. Grill over high heat until just charred and cooked through.
  3. Finish with worm salt.

Ritual & Serving
