Hibiscus Citrus Cooler with Worm Salt

Hibiscus is a classic at the Oaxacan table — tart, floral, and deeply red. Here it meets orange and lime, finished with a worm salt rim that makes every sip feel ceremonial.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz chilled hibiscus (jamaica) tea
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • Worm salt rim
  • Orange peel (garnish)

Method

  1. Rim a glass with worm salt.
  2. Add jamaica tea, orange juice, lime juice, and agave over ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water and stir.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel.
