Story

Mango is lush and golden; mezcal brings smoke and depth. Together they create a daiquiri with a darker glow.

Worm salt keeps the sweetness in check and adds a savory finish.

This is tropical, but never too sweet — a balanced, smoky classic.

Yield: 1 cocktail   |   Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz mezcal
  • 1 oz mango puree
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz agave nectar
  • Worm salt (for rim)
  • Ice

Method

  1. Rim a coupe or rocks glass with worm salt.
  2. Shake mezcal, mango, lime, and agave with ice.
  3. Strain into the prepared glass.

To Serve

Garnish with a thin mango slice.
